Plain language, because privacy policies shouldn't need a lawyer to read. Here's what we collect and what we do with it.
The only information we actively collect is what you choose to send us: for example, the name, email, company, and description you enter on our contact form when you request a discovery session. We ask for this so we can reply and prepare for a useful conversation.
We use what you send us only to respond to you and to discuss the work you've asked about. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Any details you send us are kept only as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and any resulting engagement. If you'd like us to delete what you've shared, ask and we will.
If and when we add website analytics, we'll use it to understand general traffic patterns, not to identify you individually, and we'll update this page to say exactly what's in use. This site does not set advertising cookies.
When we work with a client, any data they entrust to us for a project is handled under the terms of that specific engagement, kept confidential, and used only for the agreed work. Our public writing about a project never includes a client's confidential information.
